A thing that I love

I did not ask to exist||

I didn’t ask to exist, I often wonder why I do.

These questions, they cause confusion in the mind, a senseless string of ponderings on things I cannot know, and that will not change.

We EXIST… in that our hearts are beating

We are LIVING… in that our days are filled with… something

We are ALIVE … in that our days are filled with purpose

All of these things are more beautiful than THINKING about EXISTING.

To thrive not just survive that is the aim, whatever thriving means for you.

WHAT DO YOU WANT? In your core, that question begs to be acknowledged. Remove the notion that you must go through the motions, to be accepted, to be living well. If what you want has not been discovered then your soul has not been heard. Just listen, and ask yourself “what do I want?” If you must survive before you can thrive, accept yourself in that time, know that it is not forever and you are getting so much closer to healing and hope.
